About Us
Urban Forest Friends started out as the Tri City Urban Forest Alliance (TUFA) and was founded in January 2019. We advocate for a strong, vibrant Urban Forest Program for the Tri-Cities. We work closely with the City of Fremont and City of Newark as they develop their Urban Forest Program. We are a branch of Tri-City Ecology Center, a well respected, environmental non-profit, for over 40 years, serving our Tri-Cities.
The UFF leadership committee meets every 3rd Monday of the month at 7pm. Please fill out the form to Get Involved if you'd like to attend, and let us know what you'd like to help with!
